Spirit FM Live Remote

Spirit FM loves broadcasting live from local events. If you have interest in having us appear at one that you are planning for your church or community, you've come to the right place. (Submit a remote request here)

Please know that we would love to be able to respond to all requests for live broadcasts, but we often have more opportunities than we can fulfill. As a non-commercial station, FCC rules prohibit us from doing commercial remotes designed to bring people to that commercial business. We can, however, be a part of an event that is taking place at a commercial establishment that is not promoting the business itself, if it is just serving as a location or sponsoring a Spirit FM or non-commercial event.

In deciding what events to cover, we look at the overall impact and purpose of the event. It is more appealing if there is more than one organization involved. We have set some basic criteria to more effectively select which events we can broadcast from:

• The event should have clear ministry goals.
• The event must have broad-based community appeal.
• The event should be larger in scope that a single local church event, and with activities attractive to families regardless of denominational affiliation.
• We look for high visibility for Spirit FM, and an agenda that helps us promote our ministry purpose and goals.
